Chef Drew Keane 

Chef Drew combines his passion for music with his culinary creations.

Born in Newark, Delaware, Chef Drew was introduced to cooking an early age.  Working along side his father in the kitchen of their family home, he developed a love for the culinary arts.

In September of 2013 Drew made a move to Nashville Tennessee to pursue his other love, music.  While in Nashville, he worked under several highly acclaimed chefs, where he experienced bold new flavors and unique textures.  

Drew spent the next 16 months refining his craft, before being recruited to make a move to Chicago.  In January of 2015, Drew became Sous Chef at the popular Grillroom Steakhouse and Wine Bar.  His quick understanding of the industry helped launch his to Executive Chef status within Restaurants America, LLC.  Frequently called upon to assist at other restaurants in the Chicago area, Chef Drew was offered a position as Sous Chef at a true farm-to-table restaurant, Homestead on the Roof.  

This experience gave Drew a new appreciation for fresh, local foods.  He prefers to prepare his menu in-house, with the freshest possible ingredients.  He likes to take risks with his food, while incorporating his love of southwest and Mexican flavors.
